"Was just hung up on twice after waiting a month to hear about our claim, will be visiting the office tomorrow."

"I currently have coverage with GEICO. Jack recently reached out to me and did an excellent job explaining everything in detail. I actually learned a lot from our conversation. Unfortunately, after triple-checking the numbers, GEICO still came out to be the more affordable option, so we weren’t able to move forward with the deal.
That said, Jack did an outstanding job providing information and explaining things I wasn’t aware of before. I really appreciate the time he took to walk me through everything, and I just wanted to reach out and say thank you."
